One Up In the Studio
Former TEK3 members Neil Swanson and Justin Jones have completed the lineup for the much awaited One Up. Ryan Pyffer formerly of Hellafied Funk Crew  will front the band with River Tunnel on bass and Brent Hensley on drums. One Up is currently recording demos for their upcoming CD for G2 Records. One Up’s unique fusion of R&B, Hip Hop and guitar driven rock was previewed in the 2003 North Texas New Music Festival in Dallas and had their official live debut on October 17th at the Curtain Club. One Up will be in the studio for most of spring 2004 as they work with producer Carlos Broady (Indie.Arie, Erykah Badu) on their upcoming album. Additional performances are now being scheduled. Jeremiah Donnelly Returns From USO Tour in Asia
G2 Artist Jeremiah Donnelly recently returned from Southeast Asia where he entertained troops with his former band Track 10. Donnelly was the songwriter and front man of Track 10 until they disbanded in September of 2002. Prior to Track 10 disbanding, the bands management submitted a promotional package to the US Armed Forces Entertainment office. Almost a year later the call came in requesting Track 10 for a Southeast Asian tour. Within 24 hours Donnelly and his former band agreed to reunite for the tour and began processing the paperwork to go overseas. After a successful summer and a homecoming reunion show in Dallas , Donnelly and Track 10 keyboardist Tommy Branch began to recruit a line up for Donnelly’s new project.
